Refund policy

Returns:  Due to the nature of the product, we cannot process a return. However, if you are unhappy with your soap or with your products from Old Coast Soap, please contact me directly and I will do my best to assure your satisfaction.

Damages and issues:  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
